Envline: a sales order with the catalogue, the promised date and the production behind it

One system from the enquiry to the pallet

Every part knows about the others, so a number is entered once.

Quotes and sales orders

Search the catalogue by name, article number or barcode. Turn an accepted quote into a sales order, promise a date the production can hold, and print the packing slip and address label.

Purchasing and receiving

Purchase orders on your own letterhead, with each supplier's products first. Receive by scanning, with lot number and expiry date read straight from the GS1 barcode.

Warehouse with shelves

Shelf locations, counting, moving and minimum levels. The phone is the terminal, the movement log keeps the trail, and restocking counts reservations.

Production

Bills of materials and operations with times and workstations. Plan the week by dragging, follow the calculation, and let the picking pull stock where the part actually lies.

Customers and cases

Every order becomes a case with its email, its hours and its checklists. One search box brings up the whole customer: orders, quotes, correspondence and open work.

The assistant inside it

Ask what is on the shelf, what an order costs or which operations are missing a time, and get the answer from your own data β€” not from a manual.

Free for 14 days, and nothing is deleted after

Everything you enter is kept. When the 14 days are over you still see the last 14 days of orders, movements and cases, and the products, customers and checklists you set up stay in full. Subscribe and the whole history opens again.

The customer calls, you answer with a date: catalogue, promised delivery, production and purchasing

A bike workshop that builds bikes. The seller finds the bike in the catalogue, picks the tyre size the customer wants, and gets a delivery date calculated from free stock, supplier lead times and station capacity, with the bottleneck named. The order becomes a sales order, production orders with sub-orders for the wheels made in house, and draft purchase orders per supplier, all sharing one reference. The second half shows the setup: bill of materials with minutes and setup time, choice groups, the internal cost breakdown, supplier lead times and pack sizes, and the station calendar with closed days. The warehouse in your pocket: shelves, counting and moving

On the phone: scan the shelf, quick in, count the shelf against the list, move to the service van as one action, and the overview grouped by warehouse with minimum right in the table. Β· 2:04

A faster day: search, rows and scanning

Search that forgives typos and spacing, clickable rows, barcodes with a check digit, several order lines in a row and scanning at goods receipt. Β· 2:49
